Ordering & Lead Times
-
Minimum Order: We have no minimum order, but trade discount only applies above a minimum of 3.5m². Orders of 20m² and above are eligible for greater discounts.
-
Lead Time: 6-8 weeks from order confirmation (bespoke orders may vary).
- Payment terms: We offer a bespoke made-to-order product and require payment in full prior to manufacture unless the order is above 50m².
-
Rush Orders: Available on request. We always do our best to meet client install dates, so please clearly communicate your timeline.
-
International Shipping: Regularly supplied worldwide. Shipping is calculated at the time of quote and presented separately. Some clients prefer to use their own freight forwarder for international orders.
Installation
- Joinery: We recommend a minimum faux shelf depth of 30mm. Ensure all joinery is in place before installing. We manufacture to your supplied measurements so ensure the on-site dimensions match what we have been supplied.
- Colour: We recommend that the shelf interior is painted matt black to create a shadow gap above the spines for an authentic look. We typically design the shelf layouts to be as tight to the top of the shelf as possible, but a dark colour behind is helpful in selling the effect.
- Standard panels: Supplied loose with a layout plan. Each panel will need to be adhered to the surface on-site.
- Paperback & Architectural: Supplied on a 3mm black board sized to your shelf opening. The entire board should be adhered to the back of the shelf surface.
